Laser Lofts: 2142 Ashland

Sculptured "sunburst" fence panels across the façade of 2142 Ashland mark the property from first view as a truly unique development. The garden walkway and tinted paver patio inside confirm the commitment to detail in the building's design.

There are three distinguished spaces at Laser Lofts, a single story unit with private ground level patio, 12' ceilings, gorgeous new hardwood floors and high design bath and kitchenette. The rear units are two-story spaces with custom crafted staircases, including the twisting iron railings and decorative risers fabricated by Chicago Sculptor, Andy Pappas.

In this multi artist collaboration, the colorful mosaic flooring was cut and installed by renowned stained glass artist, Larry Zgoda evoking the elaborate tiling of Barcelona's Art Nouveau period. Gourmet kitchens, spacious outdoor decks and executive or master suites with second private baths assure the highest degree of comfort and sophistication.
