This historical west Evanston Victorian home was converted in 2002 to stunning live/work lofts, again utilizing a consortium of artists, craftsmen and expert trades to create artistic spaces that simultaneously support high tech, efficient enterprises. Hand-cut mosaic tile flooring and walls enhance the sensuous design elements while exceptional landscaping of the property's side yard offers a sense of sublime tranquility.

Hill House lofts are comprised of four units from 1,200 to 2,000 square feet, including the 2-story "warehouse" built new from the ground up. All are designed to support a creative work environment while affording the possibility of very comfortable residential use.

Current creative enterprises include research production company, dig dig, and the remarkable holistic health education center, Mystical Sciences Institute.
